Crowdfunding
Crowdfunding is a purchasing model where we, along with our partner designers, launch early design products. Products in the crowdfunding phase require sufficient market support to initiate production.
The crowdfunding phase typically lasts 1-3 months. We do not guarantee that products in the crowdfunding phase will successfully complete crowdfunding, nor can we predict the exact duration required. If the market response is enthusiastic, the crowdfunding period may be significantly shortened; conversely, it may be extended or even canceled.
Please be aware that products in the crowdfunding phase carry a high degree of uncertainty. Once you purchase a crowdfunding product and the cooling-off period has passed, we do not accept refund requests. You understand that there is a possibility of crowdfunding failure. In such cases, we will proactively contact you and cancel your participation in the corresponding crowdfunding.
Pre-order
Pre-order products refer to successfully crowdfunded products, popular items, or products similar to those already validated by the market, which are in the production and stocking phase. This means that pre-order products will be delivered to you once stocking is complete.
The pre-order phase typically lasts 30-50 days. We do not guarantee the production and supply timeline from suppliers, nor can we predict the exact pre-order duration, as different products have varying designs, processes, and production times.
Please be aware that pre-order products may require a certain amount of time to reach you. Once you purchase a pre-order product and the cooling-off period has passed, your order will enter production, and we do not accept refund requests.
Inventory
Due to the diverse designs, production processes, raw materials, and methods involved in different products, the quantity and availability of items may not be promptly updated on our website. If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will contact you. We do not guarantee that all products listed on the website have sufficient inventory.
Cooling-Off Period
